It has been two months since the last actual update released about Play Review, and in this time I have completed 4 of the major systems in the site. These systems are, the Rating System, Advertisement System, News System, and the Member System which is the biggest of these.
Rating System:
We have completed the development of the Rating System for reviews. This system is a very simple one, though we may upgrade it at some time. After the database has received your rating, it updates the rating image accordingly.

Advertisement System:
I spent quite a while developing this system, not necessarily for me, but for people wanting to create a partnership with Play Review or Fourmuella Inc. as a whole. We have decided to provide three options for our partners to advertise their products within the site.
The first is an ad placement at the top left of EVERY page, our current price for this is $1 per 500 impressions or $0.50 per day. We wanted to keep our prices very low to ensure our partners cooperation and extend our relationship with them.
The second is a high premium ad placement, it is a large ad on the homepage. Every visitor that comes to our site will see an add on our on it. However we do reserve the right to refuse any ad submissions under any circumstance. We will usually only do this if it conflicts with our Terms, or if we would like to keep this ad placement mainly for advertising our own network, or pages within Play Review. The current costs for this placement are $1.25 per 500 impressions or $0.75 per day.
The third ad placement is our most viewed and our lowest priced. From our testing alone these ads have received a total of 65,000 views so far. Four ads are placed at the bottom of every page in the site, as well as two ads on most review/info pages. Though these are highly viewed they do not get to use an image for the ad because it is purely text. These ads are very cost effective at just $0.50 per 500 impressions or $0.25 per day.
We reserve the right to change these prices at any time without any notification.

News System:
We wanted to create an in house News System to allow greater flexibility and potentially more functionality. This system allows us to write and submit news ahead of time that will automatically begin displaying at a certain time. This system is pretty basic for the time being, but it is all that we need right now.

Member System:
We spent a large amount of time (20+ hours) on our member system. We wanted to create something that would allow us to easily manage our users, as well as give them permission to access different parts of the site or the ability to contribute to the development of the site.
We have decided to give each member the option to change everything about their account except for their username, we also included the ability to keep some of their information hidden from other members.
